Our Girls Optional Team represents the highest level of gymnastics offered in our program. These athletes have developed advanced skills, strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to the sport. Competing in the optional levels allows gymnasts to perform personalized routines that showcase their highest-level skills across all four events. Training at this level requires dedication, discipline, and a passion for continual improvement. For many athletes, the Optional Team is the pathway toward competing at the collegiate level and pursuing opportunities for gymnastics scholarships.
