RECREATION LEVEL 4 - BARS

Rec 4 Bars brings together the skills developed throughout Rec 1–3 into a recognizable, independently performed bar routine. Athletes should focus on improving the quality and amplitude of their skills while creating smooth, controlled connections with minimal unnecessary pauses, maintaining straight arms, tight body positions, and a safe, controlled finish.

REC 4 BARS ROUTINE 1

JUMP GLIDE → PULLOVER → CAST → BACK HIP CIRCLE → UNDERSHOOT
Athletes connect the complete Rec 4 bar sequence and finish with an Undershoot Dismount. The focus is on maintaining rhythm and control between skills, then pushing away from the bar with a tight body position and landing on the feet with control.

REC 4 BARS ROUTINE 2

JUMP GLIDE → PULLOVER → CAST → BACK HIP CIRCLE → TOE STRADDLE
Athletes connect the complete Rec 4 bar sequence and finish with a Toe Straddle Dismount. The focus is on maintaining rhythm through the routine, bringing the toes toward the bar with straight legs, pushing away into a clear straddle position, and landing on the feet with control.

REC 4 BARS ROUTINE 3

JUMP GLIDE → PULLOVER → CAST → BACK HIP CIRCLE → SQUAT-ON → JUMP
Athletes connect the complete Rec 4 bar sequence and transition from the Back Hip Circle into a Squat-On → Jump Dismount. The focus is on maintaining control through the routine, placing the feet securely on the bar, balancing before standing, and finishing with a controlled stuck landing.
