MEET THE OWNERS

CASEY RIGBY

Owner and Head Coach

Casey Rigby began her gymnastics journey at the age of two (2) until the age of 18 at Flips USA Gymnastics in Sparks, Nevada - where she was coached by Neil and Patty Resnick, former Boise State and National Team Staff Members. Casey attended Western Michigan University on a full-ride scholarship, where she concluded her own gymnastics career and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Immediately after college, Casey naturally fell into coaching and has been producing high-level gymnastics all over Region 2! She has been coaching for more than 11 years. Most notably, Casey coached a Western National Champion and two (2) Top 10 National Champions.

Casey is married to her loving husband Jon. Casey and Jon enjoys spending time with their son, Caden along with Wilson (pet pig), and Shadow (dog). With the support of her family and community, she is excited to start the next chapter in her journey of owning and building the best-in-class gym, along with her colleague and business partner, Ryan Sackman.

RYAN SACKMAN

Owner and Coach

Ryan Sackman started his gymnastics journey as the father of two (2) enthusiastic gymnasts, his daughters Ella and Eva. Prior to coaching full-time, Ryan worked in marketing and business acquisition. He has coached nearly every class and program such as Mommy and Me, Preschool, Recreation, Xcel, and Junior Olympics – which offers him the opportunity to learn something new, each and every time!

Over the course of the last six (6) years, he fell in love with the sport – the remarkable athletes, seeing their skills advance, witnessing their incredible accomplishments, and most of all the amazing sense of community that this sport builds. Without the support of his awesome wife Crystal, his truly wonderful daughters, and his faithful puppy companion Molly – none of this could have been possible. He is looking forward to building on that amazing community with his business partner, Casey Rigby for years to come.

Management

MACKENZIE WEST

Compulsory Director & Optional Coach

Mackenzie grew up in Portland, Oregon - where her family owned and operated, Top Flyte Gymnastics Center. She spent most her childhood playing in her parents’ gym, practicing with her team, and studying gymnastics with her parents. After her gymnastics career ended, she became a competitive cheerleader, receiving a scholarship offer for tumbling and acrobatics. After her father retired and closed down the gym (after 30 years), Mackenzie moved to eastern Washington and coached for four (4) years. She met the owners of Coastal Realm Gymnastics through local competitions.

Gymnastics has been Mackenzie’s life. Between gymnastics and dance classes at her parents’ gym, she excelled at a private performing arts high school and coached for her parents. Mackenzie’s coaching career started at the age of 15. Since then, she has taught and mentored many gymnasts, racking up numerous state, regional and even national qualifiers and placers.

COACH TRISH

Cheer Director

Coach Trish starting coaching cheer 11 years ago for her daughter's recreational team. Once her daughter started HS and made it onto her HS varsity cheer team she moved on to coach HS, rec, and all-star teams. Since then she has been doing all things cheer whenever she can. She is WIAA & USASF stunt certified and USASF tumbling certified. She loves coaching cheer and seeing cheer athletes grow in their skills and strive to do their best and achieving their goals.

Trish is married to her supportive husband Dan. Is a mother of 3 children (almost an empty nester) Gage, Ashlynn, and William. With 2 dogs, a cat at home, and corn snake at home. During the day she is a Clinic Supervisor for a Family Practice clinic. Her goals are to one day retire from the medical field and only coach cheer.

ERIN NORTHROP

Recreation and Xcel Team Lead

Erin is such an amazing coach, she has red hair, wow!! She is not related to Ryan even though people think so. She is also going to get an amazing paragraph about herself here.

KEVIN SANDS

Facility Manager

As the Facility Manager for CRG, Kevin works closely with managers, coaches and staff in all aspects of CRG's day-to-day activities such as managing & scheduling classes, coordinating events, and ensuring families receive the highest level of service, just to name a few.
